We take really good care to make sure all our items are properly packed and can handle a bit of rough and tumble in the postal system. All our posters are wrapped in tissue paper and poster tubes are well sealed. Other items are packed securely. We are lucky - rarely are items damaged in transit - but, if they are we will seek to get compensation from the mail provider. We would ask that you kindly supply us with photographs of any damaged goods to support our claim.
We hope you are a 100% super satisfied customer but if, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a refund once we have received back the unwanted items. Goods should be returned to us in original condition, within ten days of the date of receipt. Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount. We do not offer postage costs incurred in returning items for a refund and advise that returns are sent via a tracked delivery method to ensure their safe arrival and hence a prompt refund for you.
