If your country taxes imports, you may be charged duty by your local tax office. Most of our parcels fall below the threshhold for customs duty but if you are in doubt, it is worth checking the position locally, as we can't pay your taxes!

Generally, we will always try to send your order asap. Custom orders can take a few days to process from receipt of design - we will always try and turn things around quickly but again, please bear this in mind if ordering for a special occasion.   You will be sent a confirmation email once your item has been dispatched.
