The Landmarks Collection | Cycling Art Print
Description
Landmarks. The hallowed places, roads and buildings of cycling. The key battlegrounds of cycling's greatest races; the end of many a cycling pilgrimage.
Flanders: the heartland of cycling, where road racing is close to a religion. And for its disciples, there is no more hallowed ground the the Muur van Geraardsbergen, the cobbled ramp shearing skywards up to the Chapel Of Our Lady Of Oudenberg on slopes of nearly 20%.
Ventoux, le Géant de Provence. Bleached by the sun, blasted by the mistral, bleak of life. Just shy of two thousand metres high, topped with a wind-battered weather station, Ventoux is the inhospitable giant of Provence. Her bare summit dominates the region and all who seek to conquer her.
These artwork, produced as an exclusive partnership between the Handmade Cyclist and Rouleur Magazine, feature a detailed, architectural isometric projection with a subtle, textured, watercolour finish.
